On one of the last big inner-city fallows will be build-up an office and commercial building complex named "Hackesches Quartier Berlin" until the end of 2010. The complex is based on the urban development concept of the district Berlin-Mitte of the 1990 years. The blueprint planning of the total of seven buildings is edited by the architects' offices Müller Reimann Architekten, Weinmiller Architekten and Grüntuch-Ernst-Architekten. The gross floor space of the about 45.000 m² highly modern business property complex is distributed in several buildings consisting of two blocks with attractive building, retail and gastronomy spaces as well as serviced apartments (Apartment Hotel).

FEA Consult GmbH took over the implementation and detail planning for the complete object under the coordination of all experts planning. The work of the complete project is consistently based on EDMS* computerized planning structure.
